  Contact Dance is a slow and gentle experience— for both beginners and e
 xperienced dancers alike. The constraint of the blindfold invites dancers 
 to explore other senses to find connection\, expression\, pleasure\, and s
 afety. These workshops take participants on a journey of somatic self-disc
 overy and non-verbal consent via solo and group exercises before culminati
 ng in a freeform blindfolded jam. We will open with a short circle address
 ing boundaries and safety. Please arrive from 6:10pm and be ready to start
  at 6:30pm. This is closed container. Late arrivals will not be admitted a
 nd will not receive a refund.\nPart of the core ethos of BFC is "the whole
  room is your partner." That means setting aside your judgments\, preferen
 ces\, and biases and dancing with everyone in the space—including by you
 rself.\nWe have a high expectation of personal responsibility and respect
