 Improvisation Class + Jam\n58th Scouts Hut\, Gadshill Rd\, Eastville\, Bri
 stol BS5 6PU\n\n\n\nBodywork into Contact Improvisation Class (17.15-19.15
 )\nThese classes use bodywork as a way into Contact Improvisation through 
 working with your chosen partner for the duration of the class. They aim t
 o gently guide us into finding easeful ways to connect with ourselves and 
 our bodies to find enjoyment in moving alone and in pairs . We will explor
 e sharing space and moving with one another introducing hands on work with
  a partner with sensitivity. We will explore details of the quality of tou
 ch\, reaching into and through each other's spaces to provide the foundati
 on for trust\, listening and opening to expansive possibilities of dancing
  in and out of contact. To keep everyone safe we ask people to take a Late
 ral Flow before attending.\nDrop-in Jam (19.15-21.15)\nThe open jam follow
 s on from the class to let our dancing flow into a group awareness. People
  who have not attended the class are also welcome to drop-in to the jam.\n
 Costs per person :\n£12 Class + Jam\n£4 Drop-in Jam only\nPlease arrive 
 to start the class together promptly! We have time to close the jam and le

 About the facilitators:\nJan-Ming Lee is a somatic bodyworker\, dancer\, m
 usician and facilitator. She is passionate about holding spaces for all hu
 mans to be nourished by healthy human contact - finding ways to meet each 
 other with respect\, empathy\, curiosity and creativity.\nShe is certified
  in the somatic body-based way 'The Pantarei Approach'\, has a degree in S
 ociology\, and has worked as an artist in projects spanning dance\, art in
 stallation\, interactive tech\, neuroscience\, storytelling\, spoken word\

 ne Peake enjoys creating relaxed spaces to guide people into an exploratio
 n of their own unique movement. After having trained as a Fitness Instruct
 or and then in dance\, she discovered Contact Improvisation\, a practice t

 practice inspires much of her current teaching\, which focuses on facilita
 ting explorations to expand our physical awareness and create new possibil
