DESCRIPTION:\nBodywork into Contact Improvisation Class (17.15-19.15)\nThes
 e classes use bodywork as a way into Contact Improvisation through working
  with your chosen partner for the duration of the class. They aim to gentl
 y guide us into finding easeful ways to connect with ourselves and our bod
 ies to find enjoyment in moving alone and in pairs . We will explore shari
 ng space and moving with one another introducing hands on work with a part
 ner with sensitivity.\nWe will explore details of the quality of touch\, r
 eaching into and through each other's spaces to provide the foundation for
  trust\, listening and opening to expansive possibilities of dancing in an
 d out of contact.\nDrop-in Jam (19.15-21.15)\nThe open jam follows on from
  the class to let our dancing flow into a group awareness. People who have
  not attended the class are also welcome to drop-in to the jam.\nCosts per
  person :\n£12 Class + Jam\n£4 Drop-in Jam only\nPlease arrive to start

 n-Ming Lee is an East Asian / Chinese bodyworker and dancer with a backgro
 und in somatic and dance improvisation\, based on the principles of human 
 potential\, empathy and personal empowerment. She facilitates interactive 
 events that draw out our shared creative impulses between human to human\,
  in amongst our many differences. Her work sits between performance\, cele
 bration\, ritual\, intimate conversation and joy for dancing and human con

 s to guide people into an exploration of their own unique movement. Traine
 d first in fitness and then in dance\, she discovered Contact Improvisatio
 n\, a practice that feeds her desire to move as a way of release\, play an
 d freedom. This practice inspires much of her current teaching\, which foc
 uses on facilitating explorations to expand our physical awareness and cre
