DESCRIPTION:Beginner friendly pre-jam warmup class 5-6:30pm followed by the
  jam 6:30-8:30pm. Doors will be closed for the duration of the class to ke
 ep the focus\, so please arrive early to attend the class\, you can arrive

 \n\nOpening pores of our skin\, becoming permeable\nAllowing air\, smells 
 and sounds to come in from outside\nFeeling beyond the skill\nConnecting\n
 \nKlara Łucznik is an improviser and dance artist interested in designing
  participatory experiences for a wide range of audiences. In her improvisa
 tion\, she is deeply dedicated to the practice of listening with all the s
 enses and finding connections with others\, in physical contact and throug
 h the space. She explores both\, ensemble and contact improvisation tools\
 , studying the nature of human interactions. Klara is also a researcher\, 
 she obtained her PhD studying collaborations and creativity in dance throu
 gh cognitive psychology lenses.\nThe Jam\nA jam is an informal gathering o
 f dancers. There is no teacher\, but space and time to develop skills and 
 confidence. You are free to dance\, rest\, or sit and watch\, as you wish.
  The jam provides an opportunity to explore and integrate techniques you h
 ave learned\, and to find your own routes into dancing.\n\nAt some jams a 
 teacher will facilitate a score to follow such as a focused (silent) jam\,
  the Underscore (developed by Nancy Stark-Smith)\, or a blindfold (or eyes
 -closed) jam\, this will normally be advertised via our regular mailout 
 – so sign-up if you want advance notice.\n\n 	Live musicians will improv
 ise with the dancing at many of the jams.\n 	For more information\, please
