DESCRIPTION:Beginner friendly pre-jam warmup class 5-6:30pm followed by the
  jam 6:30-8:30pm. Doors will be closed for the duration of the class to ke
 ep the focus\, so please arrive early to attend the class\, you can arrive
  at any time for the jam. Class or jam - £6\, both - £9\, or book on Mov

 \n\nReaching Beyond\n\nWe find the pull of gravity and magnetism between u
 s\n \nWe reach to the infinite space beyond\n\nCombining the focus of con
 tact with our partners with the potential to extend - open - stretch ourse
 lves to all around.\n\nWe will research having a double focus (or more)\, 
 investing into the points of contact and the dance unfolding\, while equal
 ly taking interest in\, reaching for\, dancing with and honouring the spac
 es\, places and things beyond us.\n\n\nThe Jam\nA jam is an informal gathe
 ring of dancers. There is no teacher\, but space and time to develop skill
 s and confidence. You are free to dance\, rest\, or sit and watch\, as you
  wish. The jam provides an opportunity to explore and integrate techniques
  you have learned\, and to find your own routes into dancing.\n\nAt some j
 ams a teacher will facilitate a score to follow such as a focused (silent)
  jam\, the Underscore (developed by Nancy Stark-Smith)\, or a blindfold (o
 r eyes-closed) jam\, this will normally be advertised via our regular mail
 out – so sign-up if you want advance notice.\n\n 	Live musicians will im
 provise with the dancing at many of the jams.\n 	For more information\, pl
