Doors will be closed for the duration of the class to ke ep the focus\, so please arrive early to attend the class\, you can arrive at any time for the jam. We send out regular emails of class descriptions\, to get these\, please  sign-up to our mailing list.\nClass Description\n\n\nThe class is desig ned to explore possibilities\, skills\, and connections to lightness while dancing and flying. We will go deeper within listening and following\, ex ploring gaps in the suspension that will allow us to tune-in more to the b reath\, conversation and movement. We will play in duets and trios.\n\n\n  \nMaga Radlowska is a dancer\, performer\, choreographer\, improviser an d teacher\, graduating from the London Contemporary Dance School and from Middlesex University in London with an MA in Choreography. Maga has fiftee n years professional experience in contemporary dance\, physical theatre\, contact improvisation and improvisation\, and has created and performed i n many pieces in international festivals across Europe and the Middle East . Maga has worked with companies\, dancers and choreographers as diverse a s Jose Vidal Company\, Bettina Carpi\, Pawel Matyasik and Nadar Rosano. In 2013 and 2014 Maga performed for Zawirowanie Dance Theatre in Israel\, Sw eden\, Lithuania\, Ukraine\, Hungary\, Germany\, Croatia and Portugal. Mag a has been nominated for scholarships and won several awards\; most recent ly winning first prize in the Warsaw Polish Platform Choreography Contest. Her award-winning work in the community sector has been presented across Europe and attracted interest from national media. Maga was co-organiser f or ECITE 2013 in Poland and also co-directs and choreographs the annual In ternational Festival of Dance in Poland. She regularly teaches CI workshop s and classes in London\, and also teaches CI and Release technique at Mid dlesex University. Most recently she taught at the Freiburg and Wurzburg C I Festivals in Germany. \n\nThe Jam\nA jam is an informal gathering of dan cers. There is no teacher\, but space and time to develop skills and confi dence. You are free to dance\, rest\, or sit and watch\, as you wish.
