SUMMARY:Bristol CI Sunday Class & Jam - DMAC\, (4th Floor) Hamilton House -
  4 Nov 18 17:00
DESCRIPTION:Beginner friendly pre-jam warmup class 5-6.30pm followed by the
  jam 6.30-8.30pm. Doors will be closed for the duration of the class to ke
 ep the focus\, so please arrive early to attend the class\, you can arrive
  at any time for the jam. Dancers can come just for the class\, £6\, or s
 tay for the jam\, £9. You can also book on MoveGB\n\nFor more information

 h Myself - In Contact with Others\n\nIn these two classes before the jam (
 4th and 11th November)\, I'll be exploring how Solo Warm-up and Solo Conta
 ct &amp\; Dance may serve as an investment to enrich and enhance our CI wi
 th Others.\n\nWe'll research through experience if getting more deeply in 
 touch with one's own body and imagination before touching another\, suppor
 ts focus\, awareness\, creativity and more fulfilling connection.\n\nThrou
 gh the class we'll start alone\, together in solitude\, come together into
  partnerships and group scores and then 'retreat' back to solo foci\, time
  to reflect and replenish ourselves.\nThe Jam\nA jam is an informal gather
 ing of dancers. There is no teacher\, but space and time to develop skills
  and confidence. You are free to dance\, rest\, or sit and watch\, as you 
 wish. The jam provides an opportunity to explore and integrate techniques 
 you have learned\, and to find your own routes into dancing.\n\nAt some ja
 ms a teacher will facilitate a score to follow such as a focused (silent) 
 jam\, the Underscore (developed by Nancy Stark-Smith)\, or a blindfold (or
  eyes-closed) jam\, this will normally be advertised via our regular mailo
 ut – so sign-up if you want advance notice.\n\n 	Live musicians will
  improvise with the dancing at many of the jams.\n 	For more information\,
