SUMMARY:Bristol CI Sunday Class & Jam - DMAC\, (4th Floor) Hamilton House -

DESCRIPTION:Beginner friendly pre-jam warmup class 4-5pm followed by the ja
 m 5.15-7pm. Doors will be closed for the duration of the class to keep the
  focus\, so please arrive early to attend the class\, you can arrive at an
 y time for the jam. Dancers can come just for the class\, £5\, or stay fo
 r the jam\, £8.\n\nFor more information feel free to contact the teacher/

  Description\nUpside Down Together\nIn this class we will look at ways of 
 using each others support to travel through headstand and handstand positi
 ons. This is good for people who are frightened of handstands\, or headsta
 nds\, well versed or anywhere else in between. You can also do the class w
 ith whatever energy you have soft and squidgy or springy and bouncy!\nIt f
 ollows on well from the backspace class as we use a lot of back space in t
 he exercises\n\nThe Jam\nA jam is an informal gathering of dancers. There 
 is no teacher\, but space and time to develop skills and confidence. You a
 re free to dance\, rest\, or sit and watch\, as you wish. The jam provides
  an opportunity to explore and integrate techniques you have learned\, and
  to find your own routes into dancing.\n\nAt some jams a teacher will faci
 litate a score to follow such as a focused (silent) jam\, the Underscore (
 developed by Nancy Stark-Smith)\, or a blindfold (or eyes-closed) jam\, th
 is will normally be advertised via our regular mailout – so sign-up if y
 ou want advance notice.\n\n	Live musicians will improvise with the dancing
