SUMMARY:Bristol CI Sunday Class & Jam - DMAC\, (4th Floor) Hamilton House -

DESCRIPTION:Beginner friendly pre-jam warmup class 5.30-6.30pm followed by 
 the jam 6.45-8.30pm. Doors will be closed for the duration of the class to
  keep the focus\, so please arrive early to attend the class\, you can arr
 ive at any time for the jam. Dancers can come just for the class\, £5\, o
 r stay for the jam\, £8.\n\nFor more information feel free to contact the

 t.\nClass Description\nPlay\nFor me contact dance has always been a playgr
 ound\, not only a place to move and flow\, but also a place to explore our
  physical selves and express ourselves in ways that most of our life doesn
 't encourage\; expression through physicality\, not for competitive purpos
 es\, just for the sheer joy of movement and freedom of expression! This wa
 rm up will be based around physical games\, incorporating: mimicry\, co-or
 dination\, reflexes\, and the senses. K'Lo\nThe Jam\nA jam is an informal
  gathering of dancers. There is no teacher\, but space and time to develop
  skills and confidence. You are free to dance\, rest\, or sit and watch\, 
 as you wish. The jam provides an opportunity to explore and integrate tech
 niques you have learned\, and to find your own routes into dancing.\n\nAt 
 some jams a teacher will facilitate a score to follow such as a focused (s
 ilent) jam\, the Underscore (developed by Nancy Stark-Smith)\, or a blindf
 old (or eyes-closed) jam\, this will normally be advertised via our regula
 r mailout – so sign-up if you want advance notice.\n\n	Live musicians wi
 ll improvise with the dancing at many of the jams.\n	For more information\
