Doors will be closed for the duration of the class to keep the focus\, so please arrive early to attend the class\, you can arrive at an y time for the jam. For the last class of th e term we will revisit and develop this material\, focussing on breath awa reness\, initiating movement from breath\, lungs and heart\, and using our breathing rhythms like music to dance to. Let’s “sail” into the sum mer holidays!\nItta Howie\n\nThe Jam\nA jam is an informal gathering of da ncers. There is no teacher\, but space and time to develop skills and conf idence. You are free to dance\, rest\, or sit and watch\, as you wish.
