SUMMARY:Bristol CI: Sunday Class & Jam - DMAC\, (4th Floor) Hamilton House 
 - 5 Oct 14 17:00
DESCRIPTION:Beginner friendly pre-jam warmup class 5-6.30pm followed by the
  jam 6.30-8.30pm. Doors will be closed for the duration of the class to ke
 ep the focus\, so please arrive early to attend the class\, you can arrive
  at any time for the jam. Dancers can come just for the class\, £6\, or s
 tay for the jam\, £9.\n\nFor more information feel free to contact the t

  of class descriptions\, to get these\, please sign-up to our mailing li
 st.\nClass Description\nSpace Dynamics 1 \nStarting from an internal awar
 eness of breath and of the space and movement that it creates inside our b
 ody\, visualizing and sensing the support offered by our skeletal structu
 re and the mobility given by our joints\, we'll gradually expand our awar
 eness to the overall space. Exploring ways our body naturally organizes it
 self to defy gravity as we move through different kinospheres as solos\, c
 ouples and trios\, we'll find points of interdependency and sharing of wei
 ght\, swapping leaderships as we initiate movement across the space.\nThe 
 Jam\nA jam is an informal gathering of dancers. There is no teacher\, but 
 space and time to develop skills and confidence. You are free to dance\, r
 est\, or sit and watch\, as you wish. The jam provides an opportunity to e
 xplore and integrate techniques you have learned\, and to find your own ro
 utes into dancing.\n\nAt some jams a teacher will facilitate a score to fo
 llow such as a focused (silent) jam\, the Underscore (developed by Nancy S
 tark-Smith)\, or a blindfold (or eyes-closed) jam\, this will normally be 
 advertised via our regular mailout – so sign-up if you want advance no
 tice.\n\n	Live musicians will improvise with the dancing at many of the
