SUMMARY:Bristol CI: Sunday Class & Jam - DMAC\, (4th Floor) Hamilton House

DESCRIPTION:Beginner friendly pre-jam warmup class 5-6.30pm followed by the
  jam 6.30-8.30pm. Doors will be closed for the duration of the class to ke
 ep the focus\, so please arrive early to attend the class\, you can arrive
  at any time for the jam. Dancers can come just for the class\, £6\, or s
 tay for the jam\, £9.\n\nFor more information feel free to contact the t

  of class descriptions\, to get these\, please sign-up to our mailing li
 st.\nClass Description\nMomentum\, Structure\, and Rest.\n\nThis class wil
 l aim to integrate the previous three classes\, offering chances to witnes
 s each other as well as just dancing\, and looking for the resting places 
 in the dance\, whilst at the same time briefly introducing structure throu
 gh the bones as a way to build confidence with taking weight\, a theme I w
 ill continue in my next set of classes.\nThe Jam\nA jam is an informal gat
 hering of dancers. There is no teacher\, but space and time to develop ski
 lls and confidence. You are free to dance\, rest\, or sit and watch\, as y
 ou wish. The jam provides an opportunity to explore and integrate techniqu
 es you have learned\, and to find your own routes into dancing.\n\nAt some
  jams a teacher will facilitate a score to follow such as a focused (silen
 t) jam\, the Underscore (developed by Nancy Stark-Smith)\, or a blindfold 
 (or eyes-closed) jam\, this will normally be advertised via our regular ma
 ilout – so sign-up if you want advance notice.\n\n	Live musicians wi
 ll improvise with the dancing at many of the jams.\n	For more information\
