DESCRIPTION:Beginner friendly pre-jam warmup class 5-6.30pm followed by the
  jam 6.30-8.30pm. Doors will be closed for the duration of the class to ke
 ep the focus\, so please arrive early to attend the class\, you can arrive
  at any time for the jam. Dancers can come just for the class\, £6\, or s
 tay for the jam\, £9.\n\nFor more information feel free to contact the t

  of class descriptions\, to get these\, please sign-up to our mailing li
 st.\nClass Description\nAn exploration of a Listening Touch and its impact
  on Weight Redistribution:\nThrough a 'mapping'\, 'listening'\, 'tracking'
  and 'sharing' of weight\, guided by breath and hands on touch\, we'll eng
 age in an exploration of personal Authentic movement qualities as a way in
 to shared dance dialogues in and out of contact\, in a process of intuitiv
 ely accessing and rearranging patterns and implicit directionalities store
 d within our skinespheres.\nThe Jam\nA jam is an informal gathering of dan
 cers. There is no teacher\, but space and time to develop skills and confi
 dence. You are free to dance\, rest\, or sit and watch\, as you wish. The 
 jam provides an opportunity to explore and integrate techniques you have l
 earned\, and to find your own routes into dancing.\n\nAt some jams a teach
 er will facilitate a score to follow such as a focused (silent) jam\, the 
 Underscore (developed by Nancy Stark-Smith)\, or a blindfold (or eyes-clos
 ed) jam\, this will normally be advertised via our regular mailout – so
  sign-up if you want advance notice.\n\n	Live musicians will improvise
