SUMMARY:Bristol CI: Sunday Class & Jam - DMAC\, (4th Floor) Hamilton House 
 - 25 Oct 15 17:00
DESCRIPTION:Beginner friendly pre-jam warmup class 5-6.30pm followed by the
  jam 6.30-8.30pm. Doors will be closed for the duration of the class to ke
 ep the focus\, so please arrive early to attend the class\, you can arrive
  at any time for the jam. Dancers can come just for the class\, £6\, or s
 tay for the jam\, £9.\n\nFor more information feel free to contact the t

  of class descriptions\, to get these\, please sign-up to our mailing li
 st.\nClass Description\n\n\n\n\nLow\nLevel\nDynamic.\n\n\nWe'll stay low-t
 o-the-ground\, sitting or kneeling on all fours being the highest we'll co
 me... Often when we're low to the floor\, we melt and cuddle\, squash and 
 squeeze\; all lovely and delightful. Yet\, there are also waýs to move do
 wn low that may be thrilling\, freeing and wild... we'll practice and play
  with various ways to move that could open up new possibilities\, pathways
  and pleasures in your CI...\n\n5.00pm -6.30pm at DMAC\, Hamilton House. C
 lass £6 or stay for the jam as well 6.30pm to 8.30pm for £9.\n\nAsher Le
 vin\, born and raised in Bristol\, lives in Berlin and the countryside of 
 the Uckermark. He teaches regular CI classes in Berlin\, at K77 Studio and
  Tanzfabrik\; he teaches at various festivals\, generally preferring weeke
 nd events\, as long festivals may be a bit overwhelming. He can be found t
 his year in Bremen Christmas and New year Jam festivals. Bremen is a very 
 sweet cosy town and the festivals are great. Last year he performed in a h
 istory of CI with Company Degadezo in Strasbourg University\, which was in
 spiring and interesting. Mmmm\, what else? Rich CI for me is about play\, 
 about beauty\, beauty of moving from the bodymind\, about being willing ti
 me and time again to not know what I'm doing\, about instantly forgiving m
 yself and enjoying making a mistake or being clumsy or ugly or undefinable
 \, about discovering and showing what I am\, what I'm not\, how I react or
  not... it's about having a frame\, a space to meet\, move and be together
  in as free a way as a frame or space allows....Hmmm\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
 \n\n\n\n\n\nThe Jam\nA jam is an informal gathering of dancers. There is n
 o teacher\, but space and time to develop skills and confidence. You are f
 ree to dance\, rest\, or sit and watch\, as you wish. The jam provides an 
 opportunity to explore and integrate techniques you have learned\, and to 
 find your own routes into dancing.\n\nAt some jams a teacher will facilita
 te a score to follow such as a focused (silent) jam\, the Underscore (deve
 loped by Nancy Stark-Smith)\, or a blindfold (or eyes-closed) jam\, this w
 ill normally be advertised via our regular mailout – so sign-up if you
  want advance notice.\n\n	Live musicians will improvise with the dancing
