DESCRIPTION:Really want to get confident with how to Jam?\nThis will give y
 ou everything you need to know.\nThe how\, the what\, the where you are in
  the dance space at any given moment.\nThe underscore is a practice based 
 around the observations made a\nnd notated by Nancy Stark Smith\, (one of 
 the pioneers of Contact Improvisation Dance).\nNancy has over time observe
 d the ingredients that go in to a Jam.\nWhilst there are some staple ingre
 dients that a CI Jam will always need\, other ingredients are optional\, c
 onsequently CI Jams will always be experimental\, and unknown depending on
  what gets put in the pot (dance space).\nOk so enough with the Jam analog
 y perhaps.\nAgnieszka and I will lead you through the Jam space in an aliv
 e and moving way. There will not be a long talk through the ingredients\, 
 rather we will take you through them in movement.\nTHINGS YOU NEED TO BE A
 WARE OF!\n• We are TAKING OVER THE WHOLE CLASS AND JAM SPACE.\n• You n
 eed to arrive on time (especially if you have never done the underscore be
 fore)\n• Once the Jam starts we are happy for experienced Underscore jam
 mers to join\, but can cannot guarantee any one will be available to answe
 r the door\n• If you really know you want to come and can’t get there 
 on time contact us in advance of Sunday\, we may be able to sort something
  out.\n• Bring fruit\, juice or other goodies to share for the thanks gi
