DESCRIPTION:We are excited to bring to you teachings of Sebastian Flegiel. 
 After probing what skills are most desired in our practicing CI here in Br
 istol myself (Agnieszka) and Sebastian have come up with this class descri
 ption:\n Responding to popular interest\, I'd like to work on  aikido mate
 rial in CI. Whilst cracking that\, we will work on using spirals in moveme
 nt and how spirals lead to partnering and lifting. During all that work I 
 will speak about methodology of teaching this material and how brake the i
 deas to step it up in terms of advancement in movement.\n\nSebastain Flegi
 el is a contact improvisation dancer and teacher with a broad experience o
 f various movement disciplines from contemporary dance through acrobatics\
 , gymnastics\, juggling to action theatre and physical theatre. Based in P
 oland (Lodz) and England (Brighton)\, he regulary teaches in his home coun
 try as well as abroad\,  is co funder of contactimprovisation.eu website a
 nd recently co created and run series of successfull and inspiring "Peacef
 ul Dynamics" workshop (together with Maga Radlowska).\nSebastian is dancin
 g CI\, on daily basis\, from 2001\, and started to teach in 2007. Being a 
 philosopher and engineer\, he understands movement from both artistic and 
 construction point of view. He is interested in broadening awareness in mo
 vement\, through conscious attention as well as understanding of physics o
 f bodies in motion.\n
