DESCRIPTION:Beginner friendly pre-jam warmup class 5-6.30pm followed by the
  jam 6.30-8.30pm. Doors will be closed for the duration of the class to ke
 ep the focus\, so please arrive early to attend the class\, you can arrive
  at any time for the jam. Dancers can come just for the class\, £6\, or s

 e for an evening of exploring contact dance through breath!\n\nWe will pla
 y with how breath can affect our touch\, speed and agility when moving thr
 ough space together whilst also focusing on how breath can help us to soft
 en into the body allowing us to be kind to our joints and muscles.\n\nThis
  will be a short class\, the space will be available from 5 o'clock so ple
 ase be warm and ready to move at 5:30!\nSee you there!\nLinzy\nx\n\nAbout 
 Linzy\n\nLinzy Na Nakorn is a free-lance dance artist newly re-located to 
 Bristol. She is a co-facilitator and performer for multi-sensory performan
 ce company Bittersuite as well as a maker of her own work. Linzy likes to 
 explore what it means to be human with the central focus of her work looki
 ng to engage with current social\, cultural and archetectual environments.
 \n\nShe has shown work across the UK and Italy and has taught classes in c
 ontemporary technique\, contact\, choreography and improvisation\, to danc
 ers\, adults and chidren a like.\n\nThe Jam\nA jam is an informal gatherin
 g of dancers. There is no teacher\, but space and time to develop skills a
 nd confidence. You are free to dance\, rest\, or sit and watch\, as you wi
 sh. The jam provides an opportunity to explore and integrate techniques yo
 u have learned\, and to find your own routes into dancing.\n\nAt some jams
  a teacher will facilitate a score to follow such as a focused (silent) ja
 m\, the Underscore (developed by Nancy Stark-Smith)\, or a blindfold (or e
 yes-closed) jam\, this will normally be advertised via our regular mailout
  – so sign-up if you want advance notice.\n\n	Live musicians will im
