Doors will be closed for the duration of the class to ke ep the focus\, so please arrive early to attend the class\, you can arrive at any time for the jam. We send out regular emails of class descriptions\, to get these\, please sign-up to our mailing li st.\nClass Description\n \;\n\nLittle Lows\, Little Highs.\n\nPart wor k shop\, part lab this session will focus on key tools that help us be lif ted and if time help us be confident with lifting.\n\nI will lead a warm b ased around giving the body the patterns it needs\, that help facilitate ‘flying’.\n\nExploring key ingredients like\, momentum\, gravity\, int ention\, continuous motion\, extension and gaze.\n\nBeing confident with l ifting is all about catching the moment of up\, not about how strong you a re or how big they are.\nThe Jam\nA jam is an informal gathering of dancer s. There is no teacher\, but space and time to develop skills and confiden ce. You are free to dance\, rest\, or sit and watch\, as you wish.
