  9.15pm ( please arrive a little early so that we can begin in good time)\
 nCost: £32 (£28) for 4\n£10 (£8) drop in\n\nContact Improvisation is a
  physical conversation in space and time\, to describe it we us words such
  as weight\, space\, reach\, release and sense.\n\nIt is a way of living o
 ur life in an alive and awake manner. To dance contact is to be brought in
 to the presence of time and space changing. Each moment is a new opportuni
 ty\, to be lived afresh.\n\nThese 4 weeks of dancing are centred in this c
 onversation.\n\nWeek 1: Moving from centre: An exploration of our bodies c
 entre. Clarifying our centre of gravity and our moving centre\, they are d
 ifferent.\n\nWeek 2: Making Connections: Exploring our arms and our legs a
 nd how they can reach deep into our moving centre. Finding softness and fl
 uidity as our dance comes and goes from the floor.\n\nWeek 3: Finding cent
 re amongst the many: This class concerns itself in arriving into your own 
 physical space and the physical space of the group. Dance into of out of c
 onnection.\n\nWeek 4: Bringing it all together: This week will work with g
 roup scores\, plenty of dancing and some time to revisit themes presented 
 in the previous three weeks.\n\nEach class stands on its own\, yet one wee
 k connects to the next week.\n\nPlease wear comfortable clothes to move in
 \, that give you full movement possibility.
