DESCRIPTION:The Body Parts Series\nA collection of contact improvisation cl
 asses exploring movement through different parts of the body\nIn this seri
 es we will use a variety of: body work\, hands on investigations\, somatic
  movement\, limited scores\, body puzzle and movement biased activities to
  develop a better understanding of fundamental CI-skills. We will look at
 : active listening\, rolling\, pushing\, sliding\, spirals\, sharing weigh
 t\, staying mobile\, getting support form the floor\, communication throug
 h touch and flying through the lens of specific body parts.\nOpen to all l
 evels.\nThis will be a good foundation for beginners\, as well as providin
 g space for deeper investigation for more experienced movers. Classes can 
 be attended individually\, however there will be some progression in the m
 aterial so it is recommended to complete the course ( 8 Weeks )\nBring you
