DESCRIPTION:\nThe Teaching\nWhen I dance it is moment to moment. Each momen
 t has a life of its own only too die as the next moment arises. In this wo
 rkshop we learn to commit to each moment. To arrive fresh to each other in
  our dancing.\n\nIn this workshop we will learn to initiate our movement f
 rom our center. Allow the spine to find both fluidity and strength in movi
 ng. Working both with technical exercise\, movement scores and open dancin
 g we will come together and dance together.\n\nThis workshop draws togethe
 r two strands of teaching material. A systematic approach to contact impro
 visation developed by Joerg Hassmann and Daniel Werner and non stylised mo
 vement practice as pioneered by Helen Poynor. These are strong influences 
 in the content of this course. The teaching style and the music is very mu
 ch our own\, and the content is our own personal relationship to this mate
