DESCRIPTION:\n\n\nBristol Contact Improvisation presents\nOngoing beginners
  classes (2hrs class) covering the fundamentals of Contact Improvisation.\
 n\nTeachers: Yasin Hussain\, Edwina Pereira\, Jan-Ming Lee\, Sam Bloomfie
 ld\, Karen Logan Woods\, Simon Leach\, Grace Newman\, Jess Dalgic. There a
 re different teachers different weeks\, so you can experience different st

 es of movement and touch\n- Opportunities to integrate material from exerc

 ontact Improvisation is an open-ended exploration of the kinaesthetic poss
 ibilities of bodies moving through contact. Sometimes wild and athletic\, 
 sometimes quiet and meditative\, it is a form open to all bodies and enqui
 ring minds. The practice includes rolling\, falling\, being upside down\, 
 following a physical point of contact\, supporting and giving weight to a 
 partner. It is a free play with balance\, of no set outcome\, bringing for
 th a physical/emotional truth about a shared moment of movement that leave
