DESCRIPTION:\n\nBristol Contact Improvisation presents:\nOngoing beginners 
 classes (2hrs class) covering the fundamentals of Contact Improvisation.\n
 Teachers: Yasin Hussain\, Edwina Pereira\, Lucia Navarro\, Jan-Ming Lee\, 
 Sam Bloomfield\, Karen Logan Woods\, Simon Leach\, Claire Coveney\, Grace 
 Newman. There are different pairs of teachers each week\, so you can exper
 ience different styles and perspectives in each class.\n\nThe classes will
  include:\n- Developing body awareness through movement in space\n- Learni
 ng to share weight with others through a point of contact\n- Using gravity
  to inform our movement explorations\n- Developing a strong sense of our c
 onnection with the ground\, both directly and through contact with others\
 n- Embodying movement pathways\, both solo and in contact\n- Exploring dif
 ferent qualities of movement and touch\n- Opportunities to integrate mater
 ial from exercises through solo and group improvisation\n\nDates:\nSunday

 out CI\nContact Improvisation is an open-ended exploration of the kinaesth
 etic possibilities of bodies moving through contact. Sometimes wild and at
 hletic\, sometimes quiet and meditative\, it is a form open to all bodies 
 and enquiring minds. The practice includes rolling\, falling\, being upsid
 e down\, following a physical point of contact\, supporting and giving wei
 ght to a partner. It is a free play with balance\, of no set outcome\, bri
 nging forth a physical/emotional truth about a shared moment of movement t
