DESCRIPTION:Contact Improvisation is based on the physical exploration of h
 ow the body moves through its own intelligence and how two or more bodies 
 in contact with each other can move together. A dance that fine tunes your
  senses and wakes up your ability to listen and respond to what is happeni
 ng in the moment. Sometimes wild and athletic\, sometimes quiet and medita
 tive\, and all levels in between. It is a form open to all bodies and inqu
 iring minds.\n\nThe class will be led from 6 - 7.30pm leading into open ja
 m from 7.30pm - 8.15pm. The whole session runs from 6 to 8:15. Please be o
 n time or you may not be able to take part.\n\nClass Description\n\n\n\nUs
 ing the body to see and the eyes to listen\, sensing the landscape\, the s
 pace and our partners\, to delve into a dialogue with the other.\n\nThe la
 st Sunday of each month will be an open jam from 6 - 8:15pm with a live mu
 sician.\n\nThese Sunday sessions are run and taught by a community of cont
 act dancers. Classes are open to all levels and generally led by a differe
 nt teacher each week.\n\nParticipants are responsible for their own safety
  and wellbeing in the jam. Take care to be alert and sensitive to yourself
  and others. The organisers cannot accept responsibility or liability for 
 injury.
