DESCRIPTION:Contact Improvisation is based on the physical exploration of h
 ow the body moves through its own intelligence and how two or more bodies 
 in contact with each other can move together. A dance that fine tunes your
  senses and wakes up your ability to listen and respond to what is happeni
 ng in the moment. Sometimes wild and athletic\, sometimes quiet and medita
 tive\, and all levels in between. It is a form open to all bodies and inqu
 iring minds.\n\nThe class will be led from 6 - 7.30pm leading into open ja
 m from 7.30pm - 8.15pm. The whole session runs from 6 to 8:15. Please be o

 ll usually be an open jam from 6 - 8:15pm with a live musician. Please not
 e that the next one will actually be Sunday 1st March instead.\n\nThese Su
 nday sessions are run and taught by a community of contact dancers. Classe
 s are open to all levels and generally led by a different teacher each wee
 k.\n\nParticipants are responsible for their own safety and wellbeing in t
 he jam. Take care to be alert and sensitive to yourself and others. The or
 ganisers cannot accept responsibility or liability for injury.
