DESCRIPTION:Contact Improvisation is based on the physical exploration of h
 ow the body moves through its own intelligence and how two or more bodies 
 in contact with each other can move together. A dance that fine tunes your
  senses and wakes up your ability to listen and respond to what is happeni
 ng in the moment. Sometimes wild and athletic\, sometimes quiet and medita
 tive\, and all levels in between. It is a form open to all bodies and inqu
 iring minds.\n\nThe class will be led from 6 - 7.30pm leading into open ja
 m from 7.30pm - 8.15pm.\nClass Description\n\n\n"An Irreverent Embodied Ex
 ploration of the Underscore - a research into what tends to happen and may
  usefully be in our awareness in a jam."\n\nUsually the last Sunday of the
  month is a jam with a live musician from 6 to 8:15\, but the jam is now g
 oing to be on 1st March\, the following week.\n\nThese Sunday sessions are
  run and taught by a community of contact dancers. Classes are open to all
  levels and generally led by a different teacher each week.\n\nParticipant
 s are responsible for their own safety and wellbeing in the jam. Take care
  to be alert and sensitive to yourself and others. The organisers cannot a
 ccept responsibility or liability for injury.
