DESCRIPTION:Contact Improvisation is based on the physical exploration of h
 ow the body moves through its own intelligence and how two or more bodies 
 in contact with each other can move together. A dance that fine tunes your
  senses and wakes up your ability to listen and respond to what is happeni
 ng in the moment. Sometimes wild and athletic\, sometimes quiet and medita
 tive\, and all levels in between. It is a form open to all bodies and inqu

 There will be a jam on this Sunday - an unfacilitated space for improvised
  movement - accompanied by a live musician 6 - 8:15pm. Normally this would
  be on the last Sunday of the month\, but March is special because it has 
 one of the first and last Sundays!\n\nThese Sunday sessions are run and ta
 ught by a community of contact dancers. Classes are open to all levels and
  generally led by a different teacher each week.\n\nParticipants are respo
 nsible for their own safety and wellbeing in the jam. Take care to be aler
 t and sensitive to yourself and others. The organisers cannot accept respo
 nsibility or liability for injury.
