DESCRIPTION:\n\nCI is an improvised dance form that fine tunes your senses 
 and wakes up your ability to listen and respond to what is happening in th
 e moment. Open to all bodies and inquiring minds.\n\nIn the workshop on th
 e fundamentals we will explore include\; the rolling point of contact\, we
 ight exchange\, basic lifts\, leading &amp\; following\, ways to say yes\,
  no\, and maybe\, the small dance\, and way into a Jam ( the social dance 
 of CI ).\n\nThis course is suitable for complete beginners as well as thos
 e wanting to deepen into the practice. Please bring loose comfortable clot
 hing\, with a warm layer to start and end in\, knee pads if you have them
