DESCRIPTION:\n\nWHAT IS CONTEMPLATIVE DANCE?\nContemplative Dance Practice 
 was originated by Barbara Dilley at the Naropa University in Bolder\, Colo
 rado\, USA. The practice brings dance and Tibetan Buddhist practice togeth
 er to create a simple but strong container to work both artistically and c
 reatively with the art of living.\nThis practice is divided into 3 parts:\
 n1. Sitting meditation- connect with your inner self.\n2. Solo movement- p
 ersonal space to warm up.\n3. Open space- time to feel ourselves in realti
 on to others\, sometimes moving and sometimes witnessing the movers.\n\nDA
 TES:\nJanuary- 13th and 27th\nFebruary- 11th and 17th\nMarch- 9th and 16th
 \nFrom 9am to 10:15am\n\nPRICE:\n1 session- £6\n6 sessions- £30\n\nEvery
 ones is welcome. No previous experience recquired.\nIn order to achieve a 
 successful practice\, doors will be close when the meditation starts\, ple
 ase make sure you arrive on time.\nBring comfortable clothes and a blanket
