She'll be visiting to share her perspectives on what it is to be a moving body\, both solo and with others.\n\nLucia is offer two 2 hour workshops.\n\n12:00 - 2:00 Movement Improvisation - Aligned Bo dies\nThis workshop is an invitation to connect with our movement and how it is affected in relation to other bodies or the space around it.\n\n2:00 - 3:00 Lunch break\n\n3:00 - 5:00 Contact Improvisation - Orientation Sp aces\nIn CI dance\, we may encounter situations in which our body feels di soriented. Through different exercises\, we will seek to familiarise ourse lves with these situations so that we can enjoy this wonderful practice to the fullest.\n\nYou can attend both workshops or just one.
