A high-energy improvised CONTEMPORARY DANCE FITNESS class with a simple follow the leader format. A chance to swing, slide, shake, reach, wiggle, jump, stretch and more, come and dance for fitness, alignment, posture and enjoyment and to work up a good sweat. There is a guided stretch at the end.
All levels welcome.
Costs £6 drop-in or pre-pay for all 5 classes for £25
