 as you discover improvisation as a shared journey.\n\nExpanding Group Crea
 tivity and Playfulness\nTap into the co-creative nature of improvisation b
 y listening to and responding to the shifting dynamics within Contact Impr
 ovisation. Together\, we’ll explore tools like momentum\, gravity\, rhyt
 hm\, and spatial awareness\, allowing spontaneous and unknown moments to e
 merge. Through shared exploration\, we’ll uncover new possibilities for 
 playful interaction and creative movement.\n\nMindfulness and Improvisatio
 n Beyond Technique\nThis workshop will include guided scores and mindfulne
 ss practices to help you connect deeply to the present moment. By listenin
 g inwardly and outwardly\, we’ll cultivate improvisation as a language o
 f movement that transcends technique\, inviting richer\, more expressive\,
  and unpredictable dances to unfold.\n\nCultivating Confidence and Creativ
 ity in Jams\nBuild confidence and ease in jam settings by learning to resp
 ond intuitively to the evolving flow of the dance. We’ll explore how to 
 access jams with openness and curiosity\, developing trust in yourself\, y
 our partners\, and the improvisational process.\n\nThrough listening and r
 esponse\, we’ll create dances that are alive with creativity\, spontanei
 ty\, and connection.\n\nLevel\n\nThis workshop is not suitable for newcome
 rs to Contact Improvisation\, but it welcomes anyone who has begun to expl
 ore the practice\, from those with some experience to well-seasoned practi
 tioners.\n\nVenue &amp\; Travel:\n\nSt Michaels Parish Hall is near the Un
 iversity of Bristol and the city centre. It is a 20-minute walk from Brist
 ol Temple Meads Railway Station\, with plenty of free parking. Upon bookin
