Prior t o connecting in focused scores with others\, the workshop will start by de veloping your creative\, honest\, aware connection with self\, different p arts of your body and the space around you. We’ll enjoy the spaces and n on-touch connections between beings. Exploring skills of coming into physi cal contact with another\, you’ll deepen your presence to embodied\, cre ative\, moving physical relating. There will be spacious qualities within the intimacy. You’ll also gain confidence in your awareness of boundarie s. As well as lighter\, lyrical scores\, you'll safely experience sharing some body weight and offering support within dance. Finally\, we’ll open up beyond 1-2-1 into constellations of several beings\, combining awarene ss of our own dance vibe with consciousness of the whole evolving co-creat ed happening.\n\nEcstatic Dance open floor 2.30pm - 4.45pm\nComing togethe r in an opening circle to welcome All. There will be a warm-up and embodim ent to reconnect to the space\, self and each other. We will then move on\ , to the music-led Ecstatic Dance open floor where\, with some light facil itation\, you'll move and dance freely in the space\, going on your journe y with &\; in the presence of the whole constellation of all present.\n The invitation is to deepen and broaden your movement practice while being aware of the whole co-creation\, having a place to be creative to explore your own authentic range of movement and emotions. The Ecstatic Dance wil l be accompanied by expertly DJ'd recorded music\, and live percussion.\n\ nA live music inner journey . 4.45pm-5.15pm\nPixi Pete will lead this inne r journey to integrate the day's adventures. With hang drum and other inst ruments\, he will calm and ground you\, bringing your spirit being and ear th body into one.
