 s\, open to all.\n\n \n\nClass 1: FINDING CENTER\n\nIn this class we will
  start from a soft fluid place\, yielding our weight to the earth. Discove
 ring how it feels to melt into the support of the floor. Letting go and fi
 nding ways to move from a softened body. In the first part of this class w
 e will create 'the right conditions' to find and move from center. Letting
  go of our habitual need to get somewhere and opening our beginners mind t
 o move from sensation.\n\nIn the latter stages of the class we will take t
 his moving center and move through a series of contact exercises working c
 lose to the ground. Using our center to move us on and around our dance pa
 rtner. And ending the class with some jam time.\n\nI start my classes prom
 ptly so please arrive in good time so we can begin together.\n\n&nbsp\;
