   \n\nFamily Jam is a fun and engaging way for you to keep you and your 
 child/ren moving\, be creative\, and connect. It is a feel-good moment ses
 sion where grownups &amp\; their little ones (3–9 years) warm up\, explo
 re imaginary worlds and move with props like flowy scarves &amp\; pull rop
 e. \n\nThe format is designed for children with parents/ caregivers who w
 ish to stay active while having fun. The structured and facilitated elemen
 ts are well balanced with free and improvised time\, which is followed by 
 an open space for creating art. \n\n Wear flexible\, comfortable clothes
 \, and bring snacks - water will be provided. \n\n No dance experience n
 eeded\, just an open-minded attitude and an interest in staying active wit
 h your child. \n\n\nTarget age range 3 – 9 years (younger and older are
  welcome) and their parents/carers. An opportunity for multi-generations t
 o dance together in a safe\, equal space!\n\nWHEN: 21st September\, Sunday
