 es at the edges of contact improvisation with Jamus Wood\, where movement 
 becomes conversation and the rope enriches every whisper of sensation. Sen
 ses sharpen\, roles shift\, breath thickens\, and touch gathers into a qui
 et language that pulls you deeper into the dance.\n\nOur day at the edge o
 f Contact Improvisation\, begins by Grounding ourselves in contact improvi
 sation and cultivating our attention inward and outward\, so movement well
 s up from listening\, from breath\, from the body’s own inspirations.\n\
 nOnce we are tuned to the groups collective body\, we’ll draw from Shiba
 ri. We’ll begin without ropes\, exploring relational sensation through w
 eight and compression\, binding/unbinding\, held/free. From here we will m
 eet the rope Ichinawa (one-rope) to deepen into resistance and surrender\,
  stillness and breath\, gravity and flow.\n\nWe’ll conclude our day with
  an exploratory jam\, allowing space to integrate what we've explored and 
 to express ourselves freely\, weaving our individual journeys into a colle
