 e we will explore together the edges and overlaps of CI\, creative movemen
 t\, and instant composition. We will focus on a wide range of movement ski
 lls\, techniques and practices that inform and are informed by CI.\nThe cl
 ass aims to help you nurture your creativity and embody your playfulness w
 ith a deeply collaborative practice of improvisation and movement. Hone te
 chnical facets such as weight distribution\, balance\, spatial awareness\,
  and much more. This is an environment fostering extensive solo exploratio
 n within a collaborative framework.\nThe second half of the session will b
 e for jamming with each other using the skills and techniques explored in

 ith a wooden floor and big stained glass window. Fyfe Hall is on the secon
 d floor and the venue is accessible.\nWe have the space from 6:30 to 9:30 
 so there is time for gentle arrival and departure of the space.\nCome read
 y to move in comfy clothing\, full-length trousers and long-sleeves. Lets
