 oo.com\nAbout\nLet Go &amp\; Dance started up 2 years ago. After a break w
 e are back on! A place to break free from our usual conditioning and total
 ly Let Go &amp\; Dance! Everyone is welcome\, those who have not danced be
 fore\, to those who would like to develop further in there dance\, play an
 d movement practices. We have an array of musical talent accompanying the 
 class which brings an extra added element of creativity\, spontaneity and 
 life to the session.\n\nIf you want to bring sounds or feel to play an ins
 trument\, particularly in the second half where we have jam time\, this is
  very welcome. If you want to …dance\, be still or just let go in any wa
 y you feel is the right way for you\, then this is just perfect! Connectio
 n with the earth\, your centre\, your joy and feeling in your body will be
  a theme that runs right through\, other practices will vary each week.\n\
 nThe Wilder Studio is a really good size with wooden floors and a spacious
  feel. It’s just round the corner from Hamilton House and just a little 
 further on from Lakota club on the corner of Wilder Street and Upper York 
 Street.\n\nBring a bottle of water\, loose clothing and be prepared to let
  go &amp\; dance!!
