 ession) or £12 for 3 classes.\n\nPlease arrive promptly.\n\nClasses start
  on Wednesday 14th September and will run for the 12 sessions of the term 
 starting 12/9/11 with a break the week commencing 24/10\nWhat is it?\n…a
  chance to swing\, slide\, roll\, fly\, shake\, reach\, wiggle\, stretch a
 nd more! After a short improvised warm up. The class then follows a simple
  follow the leader format. To finish there is guided resistance stretching
  and a cool down. Movement is simple and repetitive giving you the chance 
 to really think about alignment and improving your fitness level.\nWho?\nT

 ng\, those currently training\, dance teachers\, movement practitioners or
