DESCRIPTION:The Movement Journey is intended to be a launch pad for a creat
 ive exploration in response to some questions we may have\, or just a way 
 to relax and share heart space.\n\nThe intention is to create a safe time 
 and space\, with a clear start and ending\, and so generate a crucible in 
 which whatever happens is can be relevant to us as individuals and as a gr
 oup.\n\nWe may use any of the following process…\n\n	Shamanic Journeying
  to look at what we need to\n	Movement for relaxation and non verbal expre
 ssion\n	Art for relaxation and non verbal expression\n	Sound and Music for
  relaxation and expression\n	Group Process for sharing and support\n\nThe 
 Movement Journey process is intended to take place over 8 weeks and the gr
 oup would need to be closed after 2 weeks to allow the group to gain trust
  in the Journey.\n\n	It will run from 18th September for 8 weeks.\n	23 Bac
