DESCRIPTION:A workshop in dance improvisation focusing on the exploration o
 f freedom through practising the states of presence\, communication and es
 tablishing relationships. The work will include facilitated exercises wher
 e participants will develop the sensitivity to care for\, engage\, respect
  and respond to our own and our partners' bodies. The workshop will be fol
 lowed by EXHALACIÓN | AIRE artist's solo performance\, where through the 
 use of humour\, eye contact\, dialogue and proximity\, Kirstie will invite
  the audience to join her on a journey as she negotiates her way through p
 resent moment decision-making that is inherent in improvised performances.
