DESCRIPTION:\n\n8 Weeks course - Exploring contact through the lenses somat
 ic bodywork\, dynamic movement and floorwork\n\nThursdays 7-9pm.\n16th Apr
 il to 4th June 2026\n\n****\n\n7pm to 8pm class\n8pm to 9pm Jam\n\nThese c
 lasses/jams are suited for those with some baseline of CI (not a complete 
 beginner)\n\nTickets available for blocks (100%\, 50%) and drop in (jam or
  class)\n\n******\n\nThis series will be split into two types of classes\;
  'Moving inwards' and 'Moving outwards' running in alternative weeks.\n\nM
 OVING INWARD CLASSES:\nTheses classes are an invitation to slow down and a
 rrive in the body\, shifting the focus from doing to being in motion. By t
 uning into subtle physical sensations\, we will explore movement quality l
 ike melting and nesting\, learning to yield weight with ease and soften in
 to the spaces around us. Through deep somatic listening\, the dance will b
 ecome a quiet relational exploration\, where every point of contact is a c
 onversation. It is a process of discovery allowing the body to lead and th
 e movement to unfold.\n\nMOVING OUTWARDS CLASSES\nThis class is a high ene
 rgy dive into the mechanics of flight and the physics of the body in motio
 n . We move beyond the subtle to engage with momentum and dynamics using t
 he floor as a launch pad for locomotion and rolls that travel across the r
 oom. The focus is here on form and technique\, building the tonality and s
 tructural integrity needed to navigate inversions and effortless lifts\, i
 t is a deeply physical practice where we learn to channel force and weight
 \, transforming technical prescion into a fluid athletic dance.\n\nIn CI t
 hese concepts work togther with each other\, but we present them separatel
 y in order to dive deeper into each one. Even though inwards and outwards 
 can never truly be seperated.\n\n*******\n\nTwo discounted rates are avail
 able for helpers\, who would normally face a financial barrier for attenda
 nce. Helpers would be required to attend 100% of the classes / jams. Their
  role would only involve door duties\, at the start of class and at the ja
