 .\nOpen to Contacters with a grounding in CI\, wishing to explore a range 
 of possibilities with shared weight\, dynamic &amp\; tender movement and d
 ance\n​In the workshop\, we'll deepen our perceptions of close dance and
  our bodies in space. There will be new approaches to known pathways (and 
 unknown pathways explored)\, opening fresh sensations and broadening vocab

 evon .\nHarriet's brief Biog:\nContinuously asking where she can next danc
 e Contact Improvisation\; Harriet has travelled extensively in search of h
 ubs\, homes and bodies researching CI. She has supported and taught within
  a variety of residencies dedicated to the form as well as festival\, work
 shop\, and university settings. Harriet is also trained in contemporary da
 nce. She works as a doula\, dancer and hands-on therapist.\nAsher's brief 
 Biog:\nAsher loves being and interacting with the land and elements. He’
 s been practicing Contact Improvisation\, physical theatre\, teaching and 
 leading workshops for a quarter-century. He's taught CI internationally si
 nce 2008. In CI\, play and being\, he loves the practice of trusting ourse
 lves and others - even within the unknown\, and re-seeing the known afresh
  for the first time. He loves old friends too. He finds CI explorations - 
 of being off-balance and free\, yet focused and caring - to be liberating 
 and enriching. Currently Asher is particularly interested in the interplay
  of spaciousness\, group\, self and intimacy\, dynamic\, tenderness and fi
 nding unusual approaches or variations to the well-known.\n*Sadly\, due to
  injury\, David Basak is not able to co-teach on this ‘Quirky CI’ week
 end. When he’s fully healed\, we look forward to again enjoying his wond
 erful teachings and shared practice!\n
