DESCRIPTION:A Series for the Spine\nA collection of contact improvisation 
 classes exploring the spine in detail.\n\nIn this series we will go into a
  deep exploration into the anatomy of our most delightful backbone\,  Inv
 estigating the structure of your spine and how it allows you to arch\, b
 end and twist.\n\nUsing  a variety of techniques such as: body work\, han
 ds on investigations\, somatic movement\, limited scores\, body puzzle and
  movement biased activities. We will further our understanding of Contact 
 improvisation through a deeper understanding of our own anatomy expanding 
 our capacity for movement within the form\n\nOpen to all levels.\n\nThis 
 will be a good foundation for beginners\, as well as providing space for d
 eeper investigation for more experienced movers. Classes can be attended i
 ndividually\, however there will be some progression in the material so it
  is recommended to complete the course ( 8 Weeks )\n\nWeek 8 - Integration
  spine to rest of the body.\n\nJoin us for our last class of this series\,
  where we place the spine in the context and landscape of the body.\n\n&nb
