 the jam 6.45-8.30pm. Dancers can come just for the class\, £5\, or stay f

 ve been venturing back into the dance arena after having eye surgery. I ha
 ve been given the following restrictions by my doctor\, do not pick up mor
 e than 15kg of weight and limited bending forward. To put it simply dance 
 without strain\, dance from my centre. So I have been exploring this terri
 tory and I invite you to this dance\, one where you truly look after yours
 elf and yet commit to the dance.
