DESCRIPTION:Beginner friendly pre-jam warmup class 5.30-6.30pm followed by 
 the jam 6.45-8.30pm. Dancers can come just for the class\, £5\, or stay f
 or the jam\, £8.\n\nThese Sunday sessions are run and taught by a communi
 ty of contact dancers. Classes are open to all levels and generally led by
  a different teacher each week. If you are new to the form and want to fin
 d out more before you come\, feel free to contact the teacher/facilitator

 \n\n\nSoft power: In this class I want to look at fluidity and resistance.
  how can we use the strength of our structure while being released and flu
 id in our dance. I'd like to take some time to examine some different form
 s of structure and where and how we can use this information in the dance\
 , how we can offer and take weight subletly\, and how to redirect a strong
  invitations\, challenging our habbitual patterns but let the dance flow.\
