DESCRIPTION:Beginner friendly pre-jam warmup class 5.30-6.30pm followed by 
 the jam 6.45-8.30pm. Dancers can come just for the class\, £5\, or stay f
 or the jam\, £8.\n\nFor more information feel free to contact the teacher

 s Description\nIn this class we will explore tone\, and its effect on our 
 movement\, our partner\, and how we can use it in our dance to be soft\, h
 eavy\, or help create momentum.\n\nNB. Hamilton House are having an open d
 ay\, that afternoon\, which includes some DMAC classes offering tasters to
  the public. This means there is a chance it will be busy in the building.
 \nPlease arrive early so we can start promptly at 5.30pm. DOORS WILL BE CL
 OSED BETWEEN 5.30-6.30PM SO AS NOT TO INTERRUPT THE CLASS
