DESCRIPTION:Beginner friendly pre-jam warmup class 5.30-6.30pm followed by 
 the jam 6.45-8.30pm. Dancers can come just for the class\, £5\, or stay f

 s Description\nThe alchemy between the polarities\n\nImagine two polaritie
 s\, feel into one of them\, move it\, become it\, be moved by it\, describ
 e it and let it go. Then go to the other pole and do the same. Finally bri
 ng the two experiences together into the same space and see how they melt\
 , fuse\, react as a mix. This is at the heart of the dance between the pol
 arities\, dark and light\, male and female\, energy and conciousness. I’
 d like to explore what the fusion of two opposite energies create as a thi
 rd energy in the middle\; and then dance it.\n\nPlease arrive early so we 
 can start promptly at 5.30pm. DOORS WILL BE CLOSED BETWEEN 5.30-6.30PM SO
