DESCRIPTION:Touchdown Dance weekend workshop\n\n\n\nTouchdown Dance worksho
 ps are uniquely devised to bring visually Impaired and sighted people toge
 ther in movement and dance.\n\nLOCATION- Natural Theatre\, Widcombe Instit
 ute\, Widcombe Hill\, Bath\, BA2 6AA\nApril 8-9th 2017 from 11- 5p.m. each
  day with a lunch break.\nCost £60 for the weekend or £30 for a day.\n\n
 Touchdown Dance workshops are an experience! Based in yoga\, dance and mov
 ement disciplines you discover a greater awareness of your body\, posture 
 and range of movement potential.\nWe demonstrate and teach exercises\, par
 tnering and group explorations that are fun and intended to deepen your tr
 ust in your ability to move through space\, improved orientation skills an
 d general confidence in physical participatory activity.\n\nWe work with p
 rinciples from somatic movement education - Body-Mind Centering®\, and sp
 ecialist methods developed over many years of research since 1986. Contact
  Improvisation involves working in physical contact with others to sense a
 nd feel our own weight\, energy\, and our ability to move together safely.
  Touchdown dance specialist workshop leaders are visually impaired and sig
 hted.\n\n-Touchdown Dance works in collaboration with Action for Blind\, H
 enshaws Society for the Blind\, SENSE\, and many other organisations\, nat
 ionally and internationally.\n-Guide Dogs welcome and a walking area along
