DESCRIPTION:Movement led by Jamus Wood\n\n\n Soundscapes by Mosses\n\nIt is
  the time of balance where night and day are equals. When we have climbed 
 out of our mid winter cacoon and are creating and making our life.\n\nSo w
 hy not join Mosses and myself for a movement exploration and inquiry space
 .\n\nlet us together open to a pause in our doings to find stillness and s
 ilences. Find the movements of our inner flow surfacing into expression. A
 llow ourselves to come to ground and to discover the nurture of our simple
  breath and from here coming forward into life and spontaneity.\n\nYou may
  want to bring something to sit on for the sitting meditation.\n\nPlease a
 rrive by 5.30 so we can begin together.\n\nThe Jam\n\nThis evening the jam
  will be a little different. I will offer a score and open the space to da
 nce improvisation rather than purely contact improvisation. Inviting more
